Starcraft!! Pros, quick install, fun everyone can run it easy, no CD key on lan. Cons, Max 8 players per match, old enough to may have problems with vista with out patches bit of a learning curve to be fun, occasionaly runs a bit choppy on virtual mount. AvP 2 (Alien Vs. Predetor 2) pros: Quick install, more people the Way more fun it gets, Easy on the rig almost anything can run it no CD key ( on lan), On the sever all ready. con: not fun with Less than 6 people UT G.O.T.Y edition Pro Amazing old gem, Lots of different modes(Assualt DM, Team DM, Domination CTF), Supports like 32 or 64 players in a match, Easy to install, Loads of maps, Easy to run con: may need to find a crack for it.

sounds good...did you see quake live? when this comes out its gonna have to be a LAN staple. I am in the beta and it rocks ..online ranking and such...we do have quake 3 at the LAN I will work on a server for it this week thanks for the idea...and all your halp! http://www.quakelive.com/

a few people have expressed interest in left 4 dead ...great game pros very fun 8 players has objectives and very very awesome cons only 8 players...not everyone has it, and darn near impossible to crack (and before you say "OH YES IT CAN RISKY im a 1337 haxor ) I know it can be but it jacks up the people who have payed and is not time feasible to do console hacks on every machine, and I am not blocking steam in the router firewall...so forget it)... could do it up as a tourney during another tourney as to not "kill" the LAN or do it at the end or start of the LAN...its a good possibility but it has to be done carefully , we come to play as a whole not as a few.

As the gamer count rises our options improve, we can always bust out one of the many battlefield games i like them all. Then there is Starwars battlefront, a personal fav. Quake 3 would also rock, and some quake 2 would tickle me in dirty ways. im definitely down for some UT3 as well. Also Psyched for the Jedi knights 2, badass game.
